Like 200,000 other North Carolinians, Gov. Josh Stein and First Lady Anna Stein cast their ballots on the first day of early voting on Oct. 15.
Stein said the process was easy and encouraged people to cast their ballots as well.
“ Get out there, make sure that your voice is heard, make sure that this government reflects your values and your beliefs,” Stein said.
You can vote early in all 100 counties through Oct. 31.
