Video: Dangerous flooding in North Carolina after Chantal


Dangerous flooding was reported in parts of central North Carolina Sunday as Chantal rolled through.

This footage comes from Camelot Village in Chapel Hill, where Chantal’s heavy rains caused Bolin Creek to expand.
