Michele Morrow, the Republican candidate to lead North Carolina's public schools, wrote in a recent message to fellow Republicans that “we either willingly fight now, or we will be forced to fight on Nov 6th," the day after Election Day.
“This is war, ladies and gentlemen," she wrote.
