North Carolina Supreme Court Justice Anita Earls (D) held a town hall-style event in Chapel Hill recently to remind voters that although court elections may not be as high profile as presidential elections, they are just as important.
Earls, who is running for re-election in November against Republican North Carolina Rep. Sarah Stevens, spoke to Cardinal & Pine after the event.
