On Sept. 10, US Army veteran Scott Peoples spoke at an event in Goldsboro for former Gov. Roy Cooper (D), who is running for US Senate.
Peoples slammed President Donald Trump’s policy on the war with Iran and lack of support for service members and veterans.
“An administration that funds endless wars while simultaneously cutting funding and staffing for veterans’ health care at the VA is not an administration that supports the troops,” he said.
