Cardinal & Pine’s Michael McElroy says when people voted for Trump in 2024, they probably weren’t envisioning the NC immigration raids we’re seeing today.

Many voters who wanted a different approach to immigration reform voted for President Trump in 2024, but arresting longstanding members of the community who had no criminal record is probably not what they meant.
