Gerrymandering in North Carolina has no effect on your votes in statewide and national races — like the governor’s election and the presidential election.
Why vote if North Carolina’s so gerrymandered?? Here’s why.
Cardinal & Pine Senior Editor Billy Ball recently explained why the state’s history of gerrymandering has no impact on your voice in the presidential election, or in statewide races like the governor’s race or the NC Supreme Court.

Early voting began Oct. 17 and runs through Saturday, Nov. 2. Here’s how to do it.
