Radha Adhar grew up in Wilmington and graduated from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. In recent years, she served as a Senior Policy Advisor in the U.S. Senate and three different roles in the Biden Administration; first as head of EPA’s Congressional Affairs, then as Legislative Director at the White House Council on Environmental Quality and finally as Special Assistant to the President.
