Biden invests $5 billion to support rural communities, including in North Carolina

The Town of Nashville will use a $1.3 million grant to construct a new fire station, as the current one is shared with the police force and lacks adequate space. The new station will be constructed on a 4.5-acre site on the east side of town, providing expanded services to 5,352 citizens and reducing response times.
