The largest single investment comes from Pennsylvania Transformer Technology, LLC, which plans to invest $102.5 million in Raeford, Hoke County, creating 217 new positions. Other significant developments include:

  • Barrier Fencing Supply’s new headquarters in Columbus County will generate 151 jobs
  • Provalus is establishing a Center of Excellence in Edenton, bringing 61 positions to Chowan County with a $6.48 million investment
  • Chatsworth Products, Inc is expanding in New Bern, adding 45 jobs through an $11 million investment
  • Syntec Precision Technology Corporation is investing $8 million in Henderson for its first North American facility, creating 34 jobs
